Food for DETOX

Ni senarai buah-buahan dan sayuran untuk plan 1-Day Detox
(Roz tak senaraikan semuanye .... pilihan ini yg dirasakan sesuai dan senang nak cari)

Fruits
Apples - contain vit E, which improves endurance and stamina of muscles and nerves, protects respiratory system from toxins. Good source of vit A and C, biotin folic acid & quercetin (an antioxidant that helps lower fat & cholesterol
-----> mengandungi quercetin (antioksida) yang membantu menurunkan lemak & kolesterol

Grapes - contain ellagic acid (have anti-carcinogenic effects), high levels of manganese ('memory' mineral), helps maintain sex hormone production and assist in formation of healthy red blood cells. Good source of silicon, which helps circulation, prevents nervous exhaustion and is essential for healthy skin, hair & teeth
-----> kesimpulannya bagus untuk perjalanan darah & fungsi badan

Lemons - excellent source of phosphorous required for repair and healthy functioning of the nervous system. Good source of sodium, which assists in proper elimination of waste and cleansing the lymphatic system, and helps stimulate the liver and gallbladder
-----> untuk men'cuci' dalaman dengan lebih berkesan
*minum jus lemon dalam air suam (ratio 25:75) pada waktu pagi dlm keadaan perut kosong bagus utk hati (liver)

Veggie (ingat! ambik mentah ye ...)
Brocolli - high in folate and vit. A, calcium, phosphorous, which help build and maintain strong bones. Also stimulates liver

  1. I so love this detox water and actually i had it always , i mean anywhere with me. Instead of soda i prefer drinking detox water. It's not just water but a healthy water. It keeps me more challenged and healthy every time i drink it.
