Smoothie - the best ever!

Roz mmg suka buat smoothie utk breakfast atau mid - morning snack. Di samping penyediaan yg mudah ... ada mcm2 kombinasi yg boleh di cuba

Protein memberi tenaga dan mengenyangkan.  Just what u need for the start of the day

This must be the best combination so far that I've tried.

Ingredients - Banana,  Vanilla cappuccino yoghurt, protein powder.  Add water & ice cubes. Blend n enjoy!

Cuba lah!
(Mungkin rasanya sedikit manis, boleh tambah instant coffee setengah sudu utk menyedapkan lagi rasa)
