14 Day Juicing challenge - Beauty edition

Owhhh I'm so so excited to join this challenge!

Today is already Day 2 of the 14 Day juicing challenge
(lucky I managed to catch up on this event a day before the challenge started)
I have received a list of supplies (fruits & vegetables) to buy and a daily juice recipe for the week.
You can still catch this challenge on All-about-juicing. This event starts from 14th and ends on the 27th of April

Mango & strawberry smoothie

Hi allz!

so how much did u loose this week?
Pada yg dah kurang sekilo dua tu bravo!!
see ... it wasn't that hard ... but it ain't easy either
Semua tu memerlukan pengorbanan
Tapi pengorbanan yg bagus ... ke arah kesihatan yg lebih bagus

When you loose weight
you feel good
you have lots of energy
and .... most importantly you feel happy!

hari ni nak share satu lagi smoothie resepi yg sedap --> Mango & Strawberry smoothie

Bahan-bahannya :
1 biji mango sederhana besar
(yg isi orange tu lebih sedap)
1/2 cawan strawberry
1 cawan air
* tambahan jika suka
1 scoop protein powder
1 capsule probiotic

Boleh campur semua dan blend atau kalau nak lebih menarik blend mango dulu (boleh campur protein powder) Tuang ke dalam gelas yg tinggi. Kemudian blend strawberry. Tuang ke atas blended mango tadi. Sprinkle probiotic powder

Khasiat smoothie ni ..
Mango & strawberry ni punya fiber yg tinggi jadi kita akan rasa kenyang lebih lama. Di tambah pulak protein powder (bagus utk boost metabolisme) pro-biotic pulak bagus utk usus

Dlm mengurangkan berat badan make sure kesihatan usus di jaga ... meaning regular bowel movement utk memastikan badan kita detox dgn cekap. Juga pastikan pengambilan air yg cukup
