Smoothie - the best ever!

Roz mmg suka buat smoothie utk breakfast atau mid - morning snack. Di samping penyediaan yg mudah ... ada mcm2 kombinasi yg boleh di cuba

Protein memberi tenaga dan mengenyangkan.  Just what u need for the start of the day

This must be the best combination so far that I've tried.

Ingredients - Banana,  Vanilla cappuccino yoghurt, protein powder.  Add water & ice cubes. Blend n enjoy!

Cuba lah!
(Mungkin rasanya sedikit manis, boleh tambah instant coffee setengah sudu utk menyedapkan lagi rasa)

Protein smoothie ni sesuai di ambil sebagai gantian kepada sarapan pagi hidangan faberet Malaysia lebih2 lagi pada yg nak mengurangkan berat badan

Pengambilan makanan yg tinggi protein, rendah karbohidrat dan kurang gula dpt membantu dlm proses penurunan berat badan jika di amalkan. Di sertai senaman dgn konsisten

Sarapan apa pagi ni?

Mehhh Roz nak share apa saapan pagi ni

Bangun pagi je minum segelas air dulu & selawat. Setengah jam lepas tu baru breakfast

Breakfast is -
2 hard boiled eggs dengan tomato sprinkled with cayenne (for that extra burning boost) and a dollop of cream cheese
